Our Pastor

Pastor Cas has been faithfully serving the Lord since his salvation in 2002. Over the years, he has ministered in many capacities, including Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, and most recently as Lead Pastor of Williamstown Assembly of God (WAG Church) from February 2022 to early 2025. In the beginning of 2025, Pastor Cas resigned from his position at WAG due to his wife Sandra’s health challenges, and together they returned to North Jersey.

In March of 2025, Pastor Cas returned to Impact Ministries to serve as Executive Pastor and was voted in as Lead Pastor on June 22nd.

Pastor Cas and Sandra carry a genuine desire to serve people of all ages and walks of life. Their greatest joy is seeing lives transformed and souls brought into the Kingdom of God. They are devoted to encouraging believers to walk faithfully in their calling and to live in a way that reflects Christ. With servant hearts, they dedicate themselves to God, the church, and the community—always seeking to draw people closer to Him.
